Victor Iloba is a graduate of English and literature from the School of Humanities University of Benin,
Benin City. He graduated in 1995 and has worked in various levels in different multinational
companies including Nigerian Breweries Plc, Intercontinental Distillers Ltd, Coca-Cola Hellenic
bottling Company (CCHBC) and Lafarge Cement Plc. He left Lafarge in 2017 and later joined the
Educational Co-operation Society, a Non-governmental Organisation with interest in educational
development where he works as a General Manager. He is involved in several family development
programmes. He loves making friends, travelling, organising events and counselling. He is a Christian.
He is happily married with four children.
