Justin Afodigbuokwu Nwaeke is from Idumu-Obior Village, Igbodo, in Ika North Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria. He has over 20 years cognate experience in courtroom and corporate legal practice in the areas of corporate/commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, structuring of commercial transactions/agreements, banking and finance, employment/labour, tax, policy development, statutory/regulatory compliance, legal risks management, real estate, telecommunication, oil and gas, company secretarial/governance services, etc.
Mr. Nwaeke has served as the Secretary-General of Igbodo Development Union (the Union), Worldwide and in various committees of the Union as Secretary. He has also served as Legal Adviser to the branch Union and been part of those who championed constitutional and other developments in Igbodo town and Idumu-Obior community respectively. He is currently the Legal Adviser to the interim Executive of Idumu-Obior Family Union, Worldwide.
He is on the Board of the Foundation as the Legal Adviser to bring his wealth of legal and other experiences towards the achievement of the objectives of the Foundation.
